Returning to the exceptionally elegant Government House, LMFF’s Opening Party presented by L’Oreal Paris, supported by Harper’s Bazaar and Champagne Devaux is almost here and the preparations have gone into overload.
LMFF is privileged to return to the Governor’s residence with its grand surrounds for a celebration of exceptional elegance. Hosted by the Governor of Victoria, Professor David de Kretser AO and Mrs de Kretser, LMFF Opening Party will delight the Festival’s VIP guests with the most anticipated fashion soirée of the year.
LMFF Opening Party provides a glimpse into the treasures and happenings of the Festival through a spectacular fashion vignette curated by Harper’s BAZAAR lead by the creative genius of Edward Coutts Davidson and Caterina Scardino who will bring to life much loved fairytales from our childhood.
Some of the celebrities who will be attending include Natalie Bassingthwaighte, Miranda Otto, Kate Ceberano, Rebecca Twigley, Jayson Brunsdon, Colette Dinnigan, Guy Grossi plus Michael and Lindy Klim.
Following the event an invitation only After Party presented by Coach supported by Comme will showcase a unique installation from accessories designer Coach where guests, indulging in Chambord cocktails, will be the first to see new season luxury lifestyle handbags and accessories.
